Regin Top Up Hand Pump (REGK60)

We have just released an amazing new product in the conjunction with our fellow engineer, @rsgassolution over on instagram.

The idea came from himself, and we have been working on something that it small, lightweight, and perfect for topping up under pressured expansion vessels which might not need something quite as big as the REGK30, REGK35, or REGK01.

Main features:

  • A compact, lightweight and convenient mini pump for inflation and pressure adjustments
  • Lightweight chassis and a compact footprint, the pump fits in your toolbag or pocket with so little bulk, you’ll barely notice it’s there until you need it
  • Double telescoping body for more effective inflating
  • Complete with a 600mm hose to help access those difficult to reach pressure vessel valves
  • Fitted with a 4bar (approx. 58 p.s.i) Gauge
  • Quick fastening lever for easy and secure fitting to valve

See the post below from the man himself @rsgassolution over on instagram and see how we took a simple idea from over a year ago, into a useful and useable daily tool for servicing boilers.

Really pleased to do this Post, been waiting a long while for this! .... So I got in touch with @reginproducts and suggested a product idea for a small Hand pump to be used on Servicing and Breakdowns just ideally for topping up flat domestic expansion vessels or recharging vessels on breakdowns to clear the excess water in the hydraulic block but in a compact size to keep in your tool bag to save having to carry around a larger foot pump or electric pump. I’m a big fan of their foot pump so suggested using the same Schrader connection piece and gauge in Bar from the original foot pump as a lot of smaller pumps only come in PSI ....... making the body around the size of a common 100mm screwdriver with a 600 mm hose for accessing different kinds of vessels but keeping it short enough to keep in your tool bag .... and this was what was finally produced the REGK60 mini pump or the RS Pump 😉 ...... ive had the prototype for a few months now and have included some pics on how it would fit into different tool bags, veto tp4b pouch and MCT bag, Stanley backpack, CK tool roll, CK technician bag .... you can even keep it in a bag for life if you wish 😂 .... I have used it out in the field and has made light work on servicing boilers and recharging vessels in boilers which are usually 8 litre ...... really excited to see this out in the field and I think it will make a few engineers jobs just that bit easier ..... il try to upload a video post of me using it out in the field ⚠️🔧 #gas #heating #plumbing
